After relocating from California in search of a dream and a fresh start, owners Huber and Carla Pineda chose Wichita as the place to build something special for their family and community. Named after their daughter, Ximena (“Mena”), our shop blends California-inspired ideas with Midwestern heart — offering fresh donuts, sweet and savory crepes, scratch-made cinnamon rolls, and real-fruit smoothies. From classic glazed to pancake tacos, everything is made daily and served with a smile. We’re family-friendly, community-minded, and always happy to box up “just one more” for the road.
